General Provisions

By accessing and using PipeIDR Services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Users agree to read, acknowledge, and consent to the terms outlined in PipeIDR's Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal data in relation to the use of the Platform and Services.

PipeIDR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users via email or notifications on the Platform or Services. These changes become effective once published. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Users may terminate their use of the Services at any time by deleting their Account. PipeIDR also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the User is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Important Disclaimers

• PIPE is a tech company, not a bank and not a crypto exchange.
• Digital assets are stored and managed by a local custodian in Indonesia registered and supervised by OJK, member of CFX and KKI (the official crypto ecosystem).
• Payment services are provided by an Indonesian bank partner licensed and registered by Bank Indonesia, member of LPS (Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation).
• PIPE does not process end-to-end stablecoin payments — merchants always receive their own local fiat currency, not stablecoin.
• PIPE can be downloaded and used only by Indonesians, in countries that accept QRIS except Indonesia.

Definitions

• PipeIDR: PT Cipta Teknologi Negeri, the provider of digital payment and wallet services (pipeidr.com) and related platform.
• Users: Any individual or business entity using PipeIDR Services.
• Services: Features and functionalities provided by PipeIDR through the pipeidr.com platform, including but not limited to the digital wallet, payment, and transfer services.
• Account: A unique identifier created by the User to access and use the Services offered by the Platform.
• Personal Information: Data that directly or indirectly identifies the User, as described in PipeIDR's Privacy Policy.
• Platform: All websites, applications, and related technologies provided by PipeIDR.
• Privacy Policy: The document that governs how PipeIDR collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects users' Personal Information in connection with the use of the Platform and Services, as may be amended from time to time and made available on the Platform and/or Services, or accessed at pipeidr.com/privacy-policy.
• Terms and Conditions: All provisions, rules, policies, and guidelines governing the use of the Platform and Services provided by PipeIDR, as may be amended from time to time, and which constitute a legally binding contract upon the Users.

Account Registration and Verification

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Users are required to register and create an Account to access the Platform and Services.
• Users must undertake and complete the verification process as reasonably requested and required by PipeIDR in accordance with applicable regulations, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
• Users shall ensure that all data, information, and documents provided during the verification process are accurate, correct, up to date, not misleading, and free from viruses, malware, or any files that may interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or Services.
• Users must update their information if changes occur and agree to undergo additional verification if requested.
• Failure to complete the verification process may result in Account restriction, Account suspension, or access termination to Account.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login data (credentials, PIN, and others) and security of all Account credentials.

Use of Services

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of PipeIDR Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Users accept full responsibility for any actions carried out through their Account, as well as security of their Account.
• Users shall immediately notify PipeIDR in the event of any malfunction or disruption of the Platform or Services.
• Users must report any suspicions regarding non-compliance to the Terms and Conditions (e.g. the loss, theft, or illegal acquisition of their Account credentials or electronic device used for accessing the Platform) without delay and cease using the Platform and Services until further instruction is provided by PipeIDR.
• PipeIDR shall not be liable for losses resulting from User negligence, except where proven to result from PipeIDR's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• PipeIDR reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Platform and Services if the Users are found to violate any provisions of the Terms and Conditions, fail to meet identity verification requirements, or engage in suspicious, illegal, or unethical activities.
• PipeIDR may amend or update the Platform, Services, features, and policies, including these Terms and Conditions, at its discretion, with or without prior notice, to comply with applicable laws or improve security and service quality.
• PipeIDR has the right to request additional data, documentation, or verification at any time to ensure continued compliance with regulatory obligations, including AML/CTF.
• PipeIDR may report and share information with relevant authorities, regulators, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

Legal Obligations and Taxes

• Users must comply, at all times, with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements relevant to the use of the Platform and Services, including but not limited to financial, tax, AML/CTF, intellectual property rights, and data protection laws.
• PipeIDR may suspend, restrict, or terminate users' access to the Services if we believe that such use is unlawful or violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable regulations.
• All taxes arising from or related to the use of our Services shall be the sole responsibility of the users, in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations on taxation, as such laws may be enacted, enforced, amended, or updated from time to time by the relevant and competent authority.

Top Up

• Users may top up their wallet balance using methods provided by PipeIDR, including integration with third-party partners such as payment service providers or certain financial institutions.
• Top up via bank transfer method may only be carried out once the User has completed the verification process.
• Top up instructions must be followed exactly as provided on the Platform. PipeIDR is not liable for transfer errors, including but not limited to incorrect account numbers, wrong payment references, or inaccurate amounts.
• Processing time for deposits may vary depending on the payment method and third-party confirmation. PipeIDR does not guarantee immediate fund availability.

Transaction

• Users are entitled to withdraw or transfer funds from their wallets at any time, subject to applicable security procedures and identity verification requirements.
• Users may conduct wallet-to-wallet transactions, transactions with third parties (e-wallet or bank transfer), or payments to PipeIDR partners through features available on the Platform.
• All withdrawal and transfer requests will be processed only after additional authorization (e.g., PIN confirmation).
• Administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from the transaction amount.
• Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of transaction data such as destination account, bank name, recipient name, and amount.
• Transactions with PipeIDR partners may be conducted via QR code scanning or other methods available on the Platform.
• Transaction history is available on the Platform for User reference.
• In certain cases, PipeIDR may hold or cancel transactions if:
  • There is a violation of law or these Terms
  • A valid request is made by competent authorities
  • There are system disruptions, fraud, or other suspicious activities

Intellectual Property

• All content, technology, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property related to the Platform and Services provided by PipeIDR are the exclusive property of PipeIDR or its licensors.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform and Services, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or Services without PipeIDR's prior written consent.

Data Security

• PipeIDR may collect and process personal data, including but not limited to identity, financial, transactional, and technical information, for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, fulfilling legal obligations, and securing the Platform.
• The collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by the provisions outlined in PipeIDR's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
• Users' data may be shared with PipeIDR affiliates, third-party service providers, or legal authorities in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Users give explicit consent for such use and data transfer.
• PipeIDR will retain Users' data only as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or as required by law. PipeIDR implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Users' data integrity and security.
• Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Deletion requests may be sent to support@pipeidr.com, including the user's registered account email for identification.

Limitations of Liabilities

• The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties.
• PipeIDR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
• If PipeIDR is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant Services.

Validity Period

All provisions in these Terms and Conditions come into effect when Users register for an Account and will remain in effect as long as the Users access the Platform and use Services and/or keep their Account that has not been permanently deactivated (permanently closed).

Users hereby agree to waive the provisions in Article 1266 of the Civil Code insofar as there is a need for a court decision or court order to terminate an agreement, so that the termination of the legal relationship between PipeIDR and Users based on these Terms and Conditions can end or be terminated without requiring a decision or order from the court.

Force Majeure

PipeIDR shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, governmental actions, labour disputes, network or system failures, power or telecommunication outages, cyber-attacks, pandemics, or other national emergencies.

In the event of Force Majeure, PipeIDR will notify Users in writing as soon as reasonably possible and will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the force majeure event.

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

• All provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
• All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably to reach a consensus.
• If no consensus is reached, such dispute will be resolved in a district court of South Jakarta.

User Support Services

All requests for information, complaints, and claims related to Users' Account, PipeIDR's Platform or Services, as well as these Terms and Conditions must be submitted only through the User Support Service via email (support@pipeidr.com) or through the chatbox available in the Platform or Services.
