How do I create a PipeIDR account?+
Download the PipeIDR app and sign up with your email address and phone number. You'll be asked to create a secure PIN and complete identity verification (KYC) to access all features.
How do I top up my wallet?+
You can top up your wallet via bank transfer or through our integrated payment partners. Go to your wallet page and tap 'Deposit' to see available top-up methods.
How long do transactions take?+
Wallet-to-wallet transfers within PipeIDR are typically instant. Bank transfers and fiat withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
What currencies does PipeIDR support?+
PipeIDR supports USDC and USDT stablecoins on the Base network, with seamless conversion to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for local payments and withdrawals.
How do I delete my account?+
You can request account deletion from the Settings page in the app, or by emailing support@pipeidr.com with your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Is my money safe on PipeIDR?+
Yes. Your digital assets are secured through Crossmint's custodial wallet infrastructure on the Base blockchain network. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure authentication.
What should I do if I forget my PIN?+
Use the 'Forgot PIN' option on the login screen. You'll receive a verification code via email to reset your PIN securely.
How can I report a suspicious transaction?+
Contact us immediately at support@pipeidr.com with details of the suspicious activity. Include your account email and any relevant transaction IDs.

  • PIPE is a tech company, not a bank and not a crypto exchange.
  • Digital assets are stored and managed by a local custodian in Indonesia registered and supervised by OJK, member of CFX and KKI (the official crypto ecosystem).
  • Payment services are provided by an Indonesian bank partner licensed and registered by Bank Indonesia, member of LPS (Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation).
  • PIPE does not process end-to-end stablecoin payments — merchants always receive their own local fiat currency, not stablecoin.
  • PIPE can be downloaded and used only by Indonesians, in countries that accept QRIS except Indonesia.
